Hi! I’m Catherine, a massage therapist specializing in holistic and deep tissue bodywork. I grew up in Asia, where massage is a big part of wellness and daily care, and that foundation guides my work as a therapist now. Additionally, massage has been a part of my family’s wellness since I was young, helping loved ones during recovery from chronic health challenges.
Over the years, seeing how much massage supported people I care about inspired me to shift careers from the film industry into therapeutic practice.

This I when I realised I have always wanted to help others and what better way than to help repair and treat people so they can have a better quality of life.. this is what made me decide to become a Massage Therapist.

I studied in 2008 and became fully qualified and insured. Since then I have trained in various types of massages, including sports, hot stone, aromatherapy, reflexology,gua sha and many more.
